Reloadable card delivery information: Please note that new reloadable card orders can take 3-5 working days to arrive due to the current COVID restrictions. Activations/top ups can take up to 72 working hours to load onto your reloadable card from date of activation/purchase.

Due to recent news of Arcadia going into administration, the retailer has been removed with immediate effect. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any remaining balances on your reloadable card or eVouchers these can still be spent in Arcadia stores. We advise that you spend any remaining balances as quickly as possible. If you have a reloadable card that you cannot activate or have any queries regarding this, please contact us using the contact details provided on the platform.
